Cancellation Policy 

We kindly request 24-hour notice to cancel or re-book a service. If your request to reschedule your appointment is placed less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or you do not attend your appointment on the day, the full amount will be charged for the scheduled session.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations including, but not limited to the following:

A therapist feels threatened or is concerned for their own safety,

You have a pre-existing medical condition(s) such that the therapist feels that proceeding with therapy is in any way unsafe.

If you are currently involved in legal proceedings that are related to the reason of you seeking counselling and haven’t inform your therapist.

Should service be refused for any of the above reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund,and you will not be entitled to reschedule your service.

I do not provide court reports but making counselling notes available if requested by the court.
