What is Individual Counselling?

Individual counselling provides support on your very personal journey as you explore various options to transform your life into what you've always envisioned or worked towards before you lost track along the way. This can be crucial following a tragic event, a life-altering personal experience, a transitional phase that demands adjustment and commitment, or any other personal circumstance where assistance is needed to facilitate change and guide you toward your desired destination.
